I know the Church meant well with this brief video clip, but for anybody with even a little experience in jumping onto runaway stagecoaches, the poor techniques shown in this video raise all sorts of red flags. Please don’t try this without following the appropriate safety techniques and getting training from a licensed professional.

The first thing that came to my mind when reading “stagecoach jumping” and “LDS” was Joseph Smith. He had his own little incident going to Washington D.C. with a out of control stagecoach.

LOL Get a trained professional for the stage coach clip? Well, my friend the Church uses SAG union actors so it can access true professionals in all aspects of the entertainment community. In my experience SAG requires the use of trained/certified union members for not only stunts but all types of technitions. Hope you can sleep better now.
